Nancy earned her Real Estate license over 15 years ago after raising a family, living in 7 states in 12 homes bought and sold, and working in an executive position in the family business for 10 years.

In order to broaden her knowledge of the Real Estate industry, she has been a member of the Nashua Area Womens Council of REALTORS®, an organization dedicated to leadership and education. She has served a President, Vice President and Treasurer during the years of her affiliation. Through training and experience, she has earned the WCR designation of LTG, a revered accomplishment that is held by only a few.

In addition, Nancy has her designation of GRI from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. This is an elite group of especially trained experienced REALTORS® who believe in continuing training in this ever-changing industry.

Since technology has become a necessity, and especially the use of e-mail, Nancy recently took an on-line course called ePro that teaches e-mail marketing techniques to enhance the Real Estate experience. Since this course is also an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, it gives Nancy the designation of ePro.

Most recently Nancy has completed the requirements for a designation new to the National Association of REALTORS®--Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This designation trains agents to assist Seniors, age 50 and over, to deal with the real estate issues specific to their age group. As this age group gets larger, this skill will become essential to the industry as a whole. Nancy has had considerable experience with these issues as she has been the family member to work through them with elder family members. Now she is a senior herself and dealing with Medicare, reverse mortgages, retirement accounts, planning for long term care, and much more. She states that she is looking forward to working with clients to solve the challenges brought by this new area.

As a tool for researching available properties for sale, Nancy belongs to the New Hampshire Multiple Listing Service. This makes listings from all New Hampshire REALTORS® available on the computer and available to show to our customers. This access is provided to members of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS® and the New Hampshire Board of REALTORS®.
